What many leaders don't realize is what digital transformation means. Is moving to the cloud an easy phrase to remember? What specific steps or actions do you need to take? Upscaling the business is always a positive step towards success, but expansion without evolving management style and technics can lead to a negative effect. Opportunities


Opportunity is an area in which our restaurant can expand. Weaknesses, competitive analysis, cultural factors, and customer behavior used to identify opportunities. And, most importantly, they are helpful. You can increase your profits by taking advantage of these opportunities.

If your venue does not have outdoor furniture seating, al fresco dining is not an option. Its absence can be a weakness, but it is not a good opportunity if it cannot be implemented reasonably.

Some standard methods involve:

  • Abandonment of dietary preferences – veganism, vegetarianism, Pale®, gluten-free, and more.

Examine your competitors' strengths and learn why they are famous. Reading competitor reviews and hospitality industry information is the best method for evaluating your restaurant's competition. Be aware of significant price increases and more stringent new laws.
